Class & Event Details

Classes are a combination of traditional yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra. They are accessible for all skills and abilities. My goal is for everyone to be able to tap into their personal power through yoga.

What to Bring/Expect

This event will be streamed live. You will receive a link to join the stream one hour prior to the start of class. You should be prepared with your yoga mat, and any props you would typically use in your practice. I will be available before and after class to answer questions via the chat feature.

Core Strength Yoga

4/3-5/22 Saturdays @ 1:00 pm EST

Learning to balance your chakras can help to recalibrate everything from physical pain and discomfort in the body, to our relationships with others, emotional wellbeing, and our sense of purpose. Series of 8 – 60 minute classes. 

Restorative Yoga

Sundays @ 1:00 pm EST

$10 Drop In

This is a one-hour restorative yoga session. The goal of restorative yoga is to promote deep relaxation in the mind and body. Restorative yoga classes are slow-paced, using only seated any lying posters. They are great for reducing stress in the body. This relaxing class ends with a guided meditation.
